Accreditation Updates

Graduate Diploma in Information and Communications Technology (GDICT)

Accreditation Status:

SCI is in the process of applying for professional accreditation for the Graduate Diploma in Information and Communications Technology (GDICT) with the Australian Computer Society (ACS). The application is currently under review, and updates will be provided as they become available.

Please note that the GDICT course is designed to meet the high standards set by the ICT industry, and while professional accreditation by ACS is not required for employment in the sector, it is a valuable endorsement of the quality and relevance of the course content.

Master of Information and Communications Technology (MICT)

Accreditation Status:

SCI has submitted an application for professional accreditation of the Master of Information and Communications Technology (MICT) to the Australian Computer Society (ACS). The application is pending, and we are actively working with ACS to achieve this accreditation. Any updates regarding the status will be promptly reflected here.

We emphasise that the MICT course is structured to provide comprehensive and industry-relevant knowledge and skills, independent of the ACS accreditation status.

 

Graduate Diploma of Social Work (GDSW)

Accreditation Status:

SCI is in the process of applying for professional accreditation for the Graduate Diploma of Social Work (GDSW) with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). The application is currently under review, and updates will be provided as they become available.

Please note that the GDSW course is designed to meet the high standards set by the social work profession. While professional accreditation by AASW is not required for employment in the sector, it is a valuable endorsement of the course’s quality and relevance.

Master of Social Work (Qualifying) (MSWQ)

Accreditation Status:

SCI has submitted an application for professional accreditation of the Master of Social Work (Qualifying) (MSWQ) to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). The application is pending, and we are actively working with AASW to achieve this accreditation. Any updates regarding the status will be promptly reflected here.

We emphasise that the MSWQ course is structured to provide comprehensive and industry-relevant knowledge and skills, independent of the AASW accreditation status.
