DESCRIPTION:Dr Anju Kalluvelil Janardhanan has completed the Graduate Certificate in Education (Tertiary Education) (GCETE) from Federation University\, supported by SCI’s Scholarly Activity Funding. This postgraduate qualification is tailored for academic staff involved in tertiary education and emphasises contemporary\, evidence-based teaching practices. Through studies in curriculum design\, assessment\, online and blended learning\, and student engagement\, Dr Janardhanan has further strengthened her pedagogical expertise to enhance learning outcomes in her discipline. She was also recognised with an Academic Excellence Award for achieving high distinction in all units. The course has equipped her with a solid foundation to implement innovative\, research-informed teaching strategies at SCI.
